As part of a transformative investment in student health, wellbeing, and elite performance, Creo Structures has been appointed as the lead aquatic engineer by the principal architect for the Methodist Ladies’ College (MLC) Sports Precinct Redevelopment. This redevelopment will deliver a world-class aquatic environment that supports both grassroots learning and high-performance training.

The redevelopment includes:

      • – New 50-metre indoor pool: Designed to FINA standards, this pool will support competitive swimming, squad training, and school carnivals.
      • – Dive bowl: Engineered to accommodate 1m and 3m springboards, with an operable pool floor to allow for depth variation and multi-use programming.
      • – Indoor Learn-to-Swim pool: A dedicated teaching pool with optimal depth and temperature control for early-stage aquatic education.
      • – Advanced filtration and water treatment systems: Ensuring water quality, energy efficiency, and compliance with health regulations.

The aquatic facilities are thoughtfully designed to support student development, training, and elite-level competition.
