The Mount Druitt Swimming Centre Redevelopment is a strategic investment in community infrastructure, aimed at delivering modern, inclusive, and energy-efficient aquatic facilities. Creo has been appointed as the Aquatic Engineer for the project, responsible for the design and documentation of all aquatic systems and infrastructure.

The redevelopment includes:

• • • – New Indoor 25-Metre Pool: designed for Lap swimming, Learn-to-swim programs and rehabilitation and low-impact exercises and classes.
    • – Outdoor 50-Metre Pool Upgrades: The existing outdoor 50m pool is being revitalised to extend its lifespan and improve performance.

Amenities and Staff Facilities: Creo is also contribut­ing to the design by designing an efficient plantroom layout for ease of maintenance and operation, Safe chemical storage and dosing systems, which will integrate with Building Management Systems for real-time monitoring of water quality, energy use, and system performance.
